Eugene Okun

Eugene Okun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Sales Engineer for Solar and Energy Storage at SitelogIQ, Eugene is dedicated to enhancing building efficiency. As an Advisory Board Member at AKFI Actionable Knowledge Foundational Institute since 2021, Eugene focuses on integrating sustainability, ESG, and digital transformation. The founder of Big Dumb Kidneys, a kidney donation awareness program, Eugene uses personal experience to promote living kidney donation. Previously, Eugene was the President of Microgrid Energy and CRD Global, where efforts concentrated on transportation infrastructure for electric vehicles and sustainable investments, respectively. With a foundational background as the Founder and President of International Solar Consulting, Eugene has over two decades of engagement in medium to large commercial renewable energy projects in North America and beyond. Eugene holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
