Simon McIver

Simon McIver has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Simon is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations at SiteMinder since 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Independent Board Director at solarZero starting from 2014. In 2017, they worked as the Chairman and Non-Executive Director at Fergus. Earlier in their career, Simon held various roles at Xero, including Executive General Manager of Global Revenue Planning & Performance, General Manager of Revenue Operations & Performance, Global Head of Revenue Operations, and Acting VP Sales-USA. Simon also worked as the Global Head of Sales & Marketing Operations at Xero from 2013 to 2014. Simon has also served as the Non-Executive Director for BoardPro Limited and as an Advisory Board Member for Weirdly. Before that, they worked in leadership positions at SolarCity in the USA and MegaPath in California. Simon started their career at IDT Corporation in New Jersey and Commerce One in Dubai.

Simon McIver completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management and Economics from the University of Otago, from 1986 to 1989.
