Stephanie Gardiner Lee has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Research Intern for Sally Keeble MP in the Parliament of the United Kingdom. Stephanie then worked as a Talent Development Specialist and later as a Talent Development Manager in the Human Resources Center of Excellence at Newell Brands from 2010 to 2014. During this time, they researched and developed a new global approach to succession planning, implemented performance management processes, and designed the implementation of the Success Factors system for learning, performance, and succession management.

From 2014 to 2016, Stephanie worked as an HR Business Partner for Newell Brands' Customer Development Organization, where they served as an HRBP for the retail sales business and led the business through a change and communication strategy during a reorganization.

Stephanie then worked at Dunlap Gardiner LLP in 2014 as a Business Manager/Law Clerk, where they conducted legal research, implemented litigation software tracking tools, and managed a legal staff of 12 employees.

Since 2016, Stephanie has been working at SiteOne Landscape Supply, first as a Division/Function HR Business Partner responsible for talent management and employee engagement, and later as a Director of Human Resources, leading HR Business Partner support for both field and executive leadership teams and developing diversity and inclusion strategies. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of HR, Operations, and Compensation, leading compensation and HR services functions and providing strategic HR business partnership for executive leadership.

Stephanie Gardiner Lee attended Georgia State University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they studied at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2006 to 2010, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Economics and Public Policy Analysis. In 2009, they also briefly studied Comparative Politics at City, University of London. Stephanie Lee is also certified as an attorney in Georgia, having been admitted to practice law by the Georgia Bar.
