Margerie Franklin

Margerie Franklin is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at SitePro Rentals since February 2023, Margerie previously held the position of M&A Human Capital Senior Consultant at Deloitte from June 2021 to March 2023. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Family Eldercare and Senior Director of Human Resources at Caregiver, Inc., where a trajectory of increasing responsibility included roles such as Director of HR and Human Resources Manager. Margerie also gained valuable experience as Human Resources Manager at MHMR of Tarrant County and as Employee Relations Manager at both Arlington ISD and MHMR of Tarrant County. Earlier career highlights include serving as Career Development Coordinator at The Women's Center of Tarrant County. Margerie holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, both from Prairie View A&M University.
