Sarah A. Ziegler, Ph.D, RBP, SM(NRCM), CBSP, currently serves as the Vice President of Research Compliance and Vice President of Biosafety and IBC Services at Sitero since September 2022. With a robust background in biosafety and compliance, previous roles include Scientific Advisor at the USDA Agricultural Research Service and Deputy Director at the USDA National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility. Additional experience encompasses consulting positions and leadership in biosafety programs at various organizations, including Merrick & Company and Texas Biomedical Research Institute. Sarah Ziegler's academic achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, and a Master of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from the same institution.
