Kassandra Fernandez

Kassandra Fernandez has a diverse work experience. In the year 2022, they worked as a Patient Success Advocate at SiteRx, where they empowered the fight against incurable diseases. Prior to that, in 2021, they worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Autism Care Partners, focusing on children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Kassandra implemented Behavior Support Plans to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Nail Artist, and from 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Receptionist at Red and White Spa.

Kassandra Fernandez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY) in 2021. Prior to that, they received a High School Diploma from Baldwin Senior High School in 2014. In addition to their formal education, Kassandra has obtained several certifications. In December 2021, they obtained a certification in Trauma informed Care in Family Planning Setting from UMKC School of Social Work. In November 2021, they obtained certifications in Locating and Understanding Data for Suicide Prevention and Strategic Planning approach to suicide prevention from the Suicide Prevention Resource Center. Kassandra also received a certification in Preventing Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and Promoting Safe Sleeping from the New York State Office of Children and Family Service in November 2021. In August 2021, they obtained certifications in Bug Busting in Early Care and Education Settings from Johnson & Johnson, Confronting Sexual Harassment from The New York City Commission on Human Rights, and Mandated Reporter Training: Identifying and Reporting Child Abuse and Maltreatment from the New York State Office of Children and Family Service. Furthermore, they obtained an Advanced High Spanish Proficiency certification from ACTFL in July 2022, and a HIPAA certificate from Accountable HQ in April 2023.
