Thays Adolpho

Thays Adolpho has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Thays started their career as an Extensionista at NETPDH - Núcleo de Estudos da Tutela Penal em Direitos Humanos, where they conducted study meetings and prepared workshops on Human Rights for 6th grade students. Thays then joined AIESEC no Brasil as a Volunteer Salesperson, offering volunteer work packages to exchange students from Africa, South, and Central America. At Audience - Big Data, they worked as an Intern, responsible for organizing and guiding field research, analyzing economic, social, and health data, and creating content for social media platforms. Thays also contributed to prototype development, dashboard construction, and web development in Python and Django. Thays further expanded their skills as a Director of People Management and Director of Finance-Legal at Enactus, overseeing weekly meetings, calendar creation, events, and feedback processes. Currently, Thays is working as a Business Development Representative at Siteware, where they are involved in prospecting and qualifying new business leads, as well as analyzing and solving process-related issues, creating projects, content, and ABM, Inbound, and Outbound strategies.

Thays Adolpho pursued their higher education at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 2019 to 2022. During this time, they obtained a degree in Relações Internacionais and specialized in the field of study with the same name.
