Brandy Early

Brandy Early has over fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry. Brandy began their career in 2006 as a Staff RN at Christus St Michael Health Ctr. In 2009, they transitioned to CHRISTUS Health as a Nurse Recruiter, where they were responsible for on-site interviews, contracting, onboarding, and retention of recruited nursing staff. In 2012, they moved back to Christus St Michael Health Ctr, where they worked as a Nurse Support Specialist and developed training curriculum and facilitated nursing education courses in the Simulation Center. In 2015, Early joined CHRISTUS Health again as a Physician Recruiter, managing high requisition volumes for a variety of specialties in both urban and rural locations. Currently, they work at Sitka as a Clinical Operations since 2021.

Brandy Early received a Master's Degree in Nursing Administration from Texas A&M University-Texarkana in 2013. Brandy had previously earned a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2006.
