Nicole Rotman

Nicole Rotman has extensive experience in community management and customer success, currently serving as Community Manager and Community Advocate at Sittercity since April 2015. Key responsibilities include fostering a strong sitter community, collaborating with the Marketing team, monitoring compliance with Community guidelines, and representing the voice of customers in various initiatives. Previous roles at Sittercity included Senior Customer Success Advocate and Customer Success Advocate, where Nicole excelled in technical support, conflict resolution, and process improvement. Prior to Sittercity, Nicole worked as a Mental Health Practitioner at Adapt Of Illinois Inc, providing counseling and case management, and as Waterfront Director at Camp Caribou For Boys. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
