Adriana Boudreaux

Adriana Boudreaux is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Director and Deputy General Counsel at SitusAMC since June 2019, Adriana has played a pivotal role in managing the legal and compliance department and has collaborated closely with C-suite executives and principal shareholders. Previously, Adriana held various legal positions at Situs, including Director and Assistant General Counsel, and served as interim General Counsel from December 2014 to December 2016. Earlier career experience includes litigation at Dow Golub Remels & Beverly, LLP, where Adriana successfully handled commercial disputes and advised clients on governance and employment relations. Adriana’s academic background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Mary's University.
