David Pourciau serves as the Director of Title Operations at SitusAMC since May 2019, bringing extensive expertise in title and due diligence services. Previously, David held various leadership roles at Meridian Asset Services from August 2009 to May 2019, including Director of Due Diligence and Senior Vice President, where significant contributions included the launch of new product lines, establishment of comprehensive review processes, and the implementation of an innovative Vault Management System. David's tenure also featured impressive revenue growth for the Title Diligence product line and the development of a strong team ensuring high accuracy rates. David holds a degree in Real Estate & Finance from Florida State University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
