Holly Mickens

Holly Mickens serves as Managing Director and Head of Strategic Advisory Solutions and Talent Solutions at SitusAMC, a leading provider of advisory and technology solutions to the real estate finance industry, since January 2019. Previously, Holly held director-level roles at Situs, leading Strategic Platforms and Operations for Situs Consulting Services from February 2014 to December 2018. Before that, Holly was Director of Operations for the Tristate region at Resources Global Professionals, a global consulting firm, from January 2007 to January 2014. Holly's career began at AT&T, where roles included Operations Director/Chief of Staff for Strategic Marketing & Planning and Chief of Staff for the Office of the Chairman/President, among other positions. Holly graduated from Rutgers Business School with a BS in Finance and Economics in 2000.
