Latoya Brown

LaToya Brown, CCP, PHR, serves as the Senior Director of Global Rewards, HR Systems & Analytics at SitusAMC since April 2022, following a previous role as Director in the same area. Prior experience includes serving as SVP of Compensation & HR Operations and Vice President of Compensation & HRIS at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. from October 2018 to February 2022. LaToya has also held leadership positions in compensation and benefits at Santander Consumer USA, Nationstar Mortgage (where LaToya was transferred from the subsidiary Xome), RealPage, Inc., Flowserve, and First American. LaToya holds a BBA in Management from Lindenwood University and Northwood University.
