Russell Harris

Russell Harris serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of SitusAMC, bringing 20+ years of experience in information technology, real estate, and consulting to the firm. In his role, Mr. Harris is focused on leading SitusAMC’s technology strategy and execution, including the enhancement, delivery, and optimization of the firm’s various client-facing and internal enablement platforms.

Mr. Harris joined SitusAMC in 2023. Before joining the firm, he was the Chief Information Officer of the Mortgage Solutions division at CoreLogic, where he led the company’s transition to the cloud and transformation of the firm’s technology offerings.

Prior to CoreLogic, Mr. Harris spent more than seven years at JP Morgan Chase serving in various senior leadership and technology position, including his most recent role as Executive Director of Global Technology for the Chase Paymentech Data Organization.

Mr. Harris also served as the Director of Business Operations Strategy & Support at Fannie Mae where he led 200+ resources to guide the turnaround of the Credit Loss Management team to stabilize the platform and ensure loan modifications and foreclosures were uninterrupted.
