Seth Brown

Seth Brown currently serves as Senior Vice President at SitusAMC, managing relationships with a large Real Estate Investment firm and overseeing a portfolio of over 200 commercial real estate mortgage and mezzanine loans, alongside managing development projects valued at more than $8 billion. With a career spanning nearly three decades, Seth's previous roles include Vice President and AVP of Asset Management at Situs, Principal at Saber Consulting, Asset Manager at GlassRatner Management and Realty Advisors, and various positions in commercial loan administration and relationship management at United Commercial Bank and its predecessor banks. Seth holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Florida International University.
