Ulises Gouarnalusse

Ulises Gouarnalusse has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications and network engineering. Ulises started their career with Skysoft Servicios S.A. in 2011 as a Technician, where they provided remote and on-site support for messaging and networking systems. Ulises was responsible for configuring and maintaining terminals, troubleshooting network issues, and preparing terminals for client delivery.

In 2022, Ulises joined Huawei as a Contractor in the Mobile Packet Core Engineering team. Ulises was involved in implementing the new Huawei 5G SA core and increasing the network capacity. Ulises'sresponsibilities included solution design, creating HLD and LLD, deploying new network elements, integrating them into the current network, and performing tests and migrations. Ulises also collaborated with the support team in finding and resolving operational network problems.

Currently, Ulises is working as a Contractor in SITWIFI as a Mobile Packet Core Engineer.
