Tanja Büchsenschütz

Tanja Büchsenschütz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies over the years. Tanja started as a Personalleiterin at Dentssply DeTrey GmbH in 1999 and then worked as a Legal Counsel at Degussa Dental GmbH from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2011, they served as a Senior HR Manager at DeguDent GmbH. Tanja then joined Siemens Audiologische Technik GmbH as an HR Business Partner EMEA from 2011 to 2014. After that, they worked as a Sen. Director HR EMEA at Sivantos Group from 2015 onwards. Currently, they hold the position of Director HR at SD Worx, starting from July 2018.

Tanja Büchsenschütz obtained their Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen degree in Jurastudium, allgemein from The Philipp University of Marburg, from 1989 to 1995. Tanja later pursued a Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen degree in Recht from Landgericht Darmstadt, from 1996 to 1998.
