John Taylor

John Taylor is a seasoned marketing and sales executive with extensive experience in the amusement park industry. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Six Flags since August 2024, Taylor previously held the role of Corporate Vice President of Brand Marketing & Management and Corporate Vice President of Sales at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company from July 2021 to August 2024, where oversight included a team of 65 that generated $200 million in revenue across 13 properties. Prior positions also include Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Carowinds, and leadership roles at Kings Dominion, HMT Associates, Hitchcock Fleming & Associates, Geauga Lake & Wildwater Kingdom, and various positions within Six Flags. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Miami University.
