Monica Sauls is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief HR, People & Culture Officer at Six Flags since July 2024, Monica previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company and Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc., where notable achievements included modernizing people practices that significantly improved staffing levels during a national labor crisis. Additional positions include Senior Human Resources Strategic Business Solutions Leader at Duke Energy Corporation, Senior Executive and Leadership Development Director at Boeing, and roles at Walgreens and Edward Jones, culminating in a strong foundation in organizational effectiveness and talent management.
