Jessica currently serves as the Head of People at Six Nations Rugby, providing innovative HR solutions in a standalone role. As Managing Director of Jessica Freeman HR, Jessica focuses on delivering tailored HR consultancy services for small businesses and charities. Jessica's involvement in community rugby includes mentoring female coaches for England Rugby and coaching youth at Harlequins. Additionally, as a Non-Executive Director at A New Icon, Jessica champions support for underrepresented athletes, particularly in women's sports.
