Alamgir Chowdhury is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Six Seasons Hotel since March 2020 and as a Trainer at Tony Khan Culinary Institute since December 2017. Previously, Alamgir held the position of Executive Sous Chef at both Hotel The Raintree Dhaka from March 2018 to February 2020 and Army Golf Club Palm View from May 2016 to February 2018. Alamgir's culinary expertise also includes roles as Head Chef at Red Emperor Restaurant and Hakka Dhaka Restaurant, as well as early positions as Commi Chef - 1 at Hotel Platinum Suites and Demi Chef de Partie at Mainland China Specialty Group. Alamgir holds a Bachelor of Tourism & Hotel Management degree with a focus on Culinary Arts from IBAIS University and a Culinary Arts qualification from the Institute of London, alongside a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tejgoan College.
