Alfaz Uddin is an experienced Indian chef with a diverse culinary background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sous Chef at Six Seasons Hotel since January 2022, Alfaz previously held the position of Junior Sous Chef at The Midori by Lakeshore from April 2021 to January 2022. Alfaz's experience also includes roles as Chef de Partie at Longbeach Suites Dhaka, Demi Chef de Partie at Amari Dhaka, and Indian Cook at Hotel Sarina Dhaka. Early career development included positions as Commis at Bukhara Restaurant and Assistant Cook at Samarkand Restaurant.
