Arif Hosan

Arif Hosan has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Commis (Butcher) at Six Seasons Hotel since July 2018, where skills include creating, preparing, and presenting menu items, along with recipe preparation and cost calculation. Prior experience includes working as a Cook Helper at Radisson Blu from May 2017 to June 2018, and a brief period as a Trainee at Radisson in May 2017. Arif possesses knowledge in basic butchering, portioning, and the preparation and storage of a variety of meats and seafood, alongside a solid understanding of hygiene and HACCP standards. Educational credentials include a diploma in Computer Science from Feni Polytechnic Institute, completed from 2006 to 2010.
