Ian P. Cook

Ian P. Cook, PhD, serves as the Head of AI at Sixfold and is currently a Curmudgeon in Residence at the Auditory Perception and Cognition Lab. Previously, Ian held various roles including General Manager and Chief Technology Officer at Seek, where leadership was provided for a dynamic data platform aimed at streamlining data management for enterprises. Ian's experience also includes serving as Chief Data Officer and Senior Data Scientist at Govini, where efforts focused on enhancing federal government efficiencies through data application. Earlier roles encompass Head of Data Products at Tulco Labs, Senior Data Scientist at Highmark Health and kWantera, and Management Science Analyst at RAND Corporation. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, along with studies in Mathematics and Public Policy Analysis at Georgetown University and the University of Chicago, respectively.
