Atendra Gautam is a data science professional with extensive experience in various roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at SIXT Research & Development India since September 2023, Atendra previously worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Grab, where significant contributions included developing in-house computer vision models for automated EKYC, resulting in annual savings of $900K by replacing an external vendor. Prior roles include enhancing the hotel recommendation system at OYO, leading a data science team at HDFC ERGO Health to improve fraud detection and portfolio management, and engaging in social media analytics at Accenture. Atendra began a career in data science as an intern at Housing.com and the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, following an Integrated Masters in Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
