Cristina Marcelo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) research. Currently serving as a CX Strategy Manager at SIXT since October 2023, Cristina implements feedback channels to analyze customer data and enhance satisfaction, retention, and efficiency. Prior to this role, Cristina was a Senior UX Researcher at Typeform, leading research initiatives to understand B2B power users and improve engagement throughout the customer journey. Additional experience includes roles as a CX/UX Researcher and Junior Customer Experience professional at Typeform, and onboarding support at Infantium S.L. A background in testing as a Localization QA Tester at Activision further complements Cristina's skill set, along with a Master’s degree in Multimedia Design and Communication from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
