Nicola Hemm

Nicola Hemm is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Director of People Projects, Processes & Communication at SIXT since September 2014. Previous positions at SIXT include Director of People PMO & Communications, Director of Global People Excellence, and HR Business Partner, among others. Prior to SIXT, Nicola completed a master’s thesis in HR at Flughafen München GmbH and held positions at Amadeus IT Group, Willy Bogner GmbH & Co. KGaA, and Quiksilver. Nicola earned a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, a Bachelor of Arts in Economie et Gestion d´Entreprise from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from Hochschule Furtwangen.
