Pat Stram

Pat Stram is the current Executive Director of Total Rewards at Sixt.

Pat has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations, benefits, and compensation.

Before joining Sixt, Pat was the Human Resource Analyst for the Orlando Magic NBA team from October 2018 to March 2021.

Prior to that, Pat was the Corporate Director of Human Resources for WonderWorks from March 2013 to August 2018, leading Human Resources practices and objectives.

Before WonderWorks, Pat was an HR Manager for Ripley Entertainment from September 2001 to February 2013.

Early in their career, Pat worked as an HR/PR for Leisure Bay Ind from January 1987 to December 1999.

Pat Stram has a Human Resource Management Certification from the University of Central Florida and a degree from Henry Ford College.

They are on a team with Desiree Charles - Director Of Training, Regina Kleber - Director Mobility Operations, and Nadine Pfahler - Director Global Sales Training, Tender & Implementation. Pat Stram reports to Angela Barton, General Manager, People & Culture.
