Abby Gorecki, MPH, has a strong background in public health with experience in various roles. Abby served as a VP of Community Health at Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers. Prior to that, they worked as Interim Health Officer and Public Health Strategist for the City of Greenfield, WI, where they led community initiatives and engaged partners effectively. Abby also held roles such as a Mentor in the New to Public Health Residency Program and as a Board Member at Milwaukee AHEC. Abby'sexperience includes working as a Public Health Specialist at Cudahy Health Department, a Community Outreach Coordinator at Molina Healthcare, and a Bilingual Nutrition Educator at UW-Extension Nutrition Program, among other positions.
Abby Gorecki earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish and Sociology from Mount Mary College in 2014. Abby later obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2015. Additionally, Abby has certifications as a Certified QPR Gatekeeper Instructor from the QPR Institute and as a Child Passenger Safety Technician from Safe Kids Worldwide.
