Christopher Luter serves as the Vice President of Information Systems at Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers, leading the technology vision and implementation of enterprise information systems to enhance clinical and business operations. Prior to this role, Christopher was the CIO for Forest County Potawatomi, where efforts focused on modernizing IT solutions and standardizing technology across multiple sectors. Previous experience includes significant positions such as Vice President of IT at AnchorBank, overseeing a large operational IT infrastructure, and Director of International IT Operations at Trek Bicycle Corporation, where Christopher revitalized global IT architecture and security. Additional roles in government and private sectors have showcased expertise in IT infrastructure development, operational efficiency, and team building, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Management, an MBA, and a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Change from Grand Canyon University.
