Susanne Lichter has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to quality improvement, project management, and process improvement. Their most recent role was as the Director of Quality Improvement at Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers. Prior to this, they worked at ProHealth Care as the Director of Quality and Director of Performance Excellence.
