Susanne Lichter has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to quality improvement, project management, and process improvement. Their most recent role was as the Director of Quality Improvement at Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers. Prior to this, they worked at ProHealth Care as the Director of Quality and Director of Performance Excellence. Susanne also has experience as an Account Manager at Aladdin Label, a Project Manager/Coordinator at REGENCO, and as a Process Improvement Manager at Siemens. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated success in leading teams, integrating quality plans, and achieving organizational goals related to patient experience, clinical quality, and operational effectiveness.
Susanne Lichter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. Additionally, they obtained a Licensed Professional Engineer certification from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services in July 1989. In 2007, they also obtained a Certified Change Agent certification from GE and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from ASQ - World Headquarters.
