Marcos Alvarado

Marcos Alvarado is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment and business operations. Currently serving as a Partner at Sixth Street since January 2024, Marcos previously held the position of President & Chief Investment Officer at Safehold Inc. from January 2018 to January 2024. Prior to that, Marcos was the Head of Acquisitions and Business Operations at Cadre from July 2016 to December 2017 and served as Managing Director at Starwood Capital Group from October 2008 to January 2016. Marcos is an alumnus of Dartmouth College.
