Kate Smith is a seasoned professional in Human Capital Management with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Kate's career at Betterment spanned five years, encompassing multiple roles including Senior Director of People Strategy & Operations, where responsibilities included advising on people-related initiatives within the Engineering organization.
