Anthony Diaz currently serves as the General Manager at Sixty Vines, overseeing day-to-day operations at the Miami and Boca Raton locations since April 2021. Prior to this role, Anthony held multiple positions at Bulla Gastrobar, including Beverage Manager and Service Manager, from August 2020 to April 2021, as well as a Bartender position.
