James Tawn

James Tawn is a Senior Pega Developer at SiXworks, an IBM company, since January 2024 and has previous experience as a Pega Developer at AbilityNet. From July 2022 to January 2024, James served as a Decisioning Architect at Merkle and worked as a Software Developer at RCDTS from September 2020 to July 2022. Prior to this, James was a Public Protection Officer at Shropshire Council from September 2013 to September 2020 and held the position of Special Constable with West Mercia Police between August 2017 and May 2019. James began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Assistant at The Midcounties Co-operative from April 2012 to September 2013. Academically, James holds a Diploma in Higher Education in Law from The Open University and a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Public Uniformed Services from Shrewsbury College of Arts and Technology.
