Nathan Grant has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nathan started their career in 2010 as an Employment Tribunal Clerk at HM Courts & Tribunals Service, where they were responsible for inputting and vetting claim forms and assisting claimants and respondents. In 2013, they became an Online Support Advisor at The Legal Aid Agency, providing assistance to solicitors and lawyers with their payment requests and IT issues. Nathan then joined Justice Digital & Technology in 2015, first as an ICT/Office Support Member, where they undertook administrative and ICT processes, and later as a Digital and Technology Service Desk Manager, leading a team of 15 support analysts and ensuring the successful implementation of software upgrades. In 2019, Nathan moved to dunnhumby as a Support Lead, where they led and inspired a team of global support analysts to deliver excellent customer service. Currently, they work at SiXworks Limited as a Support Desk Lead.

Nathan Grant completed their Bachelor of Science (BsC) in Computer Networks and Communications from the University of Westminster from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended St. Dominic's Sixth Form College from 2008 to 2010. Nathan also obtained a certification as a Casper Certified Technician from Jamf in 2017.
