Rajiv Ps

Rajiv PS serves as the Concept Head and Business Head at Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd. since November 2022, where Rajiv played a pivotal role in establishing a startup division aimed at Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns, creating the MENSBAZAAR format. Previously, Rajiv was a Partner at IN RETAIL AND TRADING from May 2017 to October 2022, successfully launching trading and retail ventures with aspirations of becoming the master franchisee for Lenskart and The Raymond Shop. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at Arvind Limited, where Rajiv was accountable for the division's P&L and achieved the highest employee engagement score nationally. Rajiv also held roles as National Head of Retail at Reliance Industries Limited, Head of Marketing and Retail Operations at Raymond Limited, and Manager of Franchisee Operations at Pantaloons. Early career experience includes project management and sales at Blue Star. Rajiv holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Foreign Trade from the University of Madras and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharat Engineering College.
