Sanjay Modi

Sanjay Modi is an experienced professional who has worked in the textile industry for several years. Currently serving as Asst.Manager-T&D at Siyaram Silk Mills ltd., Sanjay is responsible for screening workman interviews, conducting basic training for newly recruited workers, identifying training needs, preparing training calendars, and monitoring the progress of trainees. With previous experience at Welspun India and Arvind mills ltd, their expertise includes imparting training to operators in weaving departments, achieving productivity and quality targets, and controlling wastage in production processes. Sanjay holds a Diploma in Textile Engineering from NEMTS and completed their H.S.C in Science from Vakhariya High School.
