Mees van der Velde

Mees van der Velde is an experienced music producer and A&R currently working at Sizzer since January 2022. Prior to this role, Mees founded Nootweer Music in May 2018, an international music production agency focused on providing impactful campaigns. Additionally, Mees co-founded Put On Your Headphones in October 2018, specializing in the development and production of immersive podcasts using binaural audio. Earlier experience includes an internship with Han Otten Film Composer from October 2017 to February 2018 and serving as a sales advisor at iCentre / Amac from August 2014 to February 2017. Mees holds a Bachelor of Music with Honours in Music & Technology from HKU (Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht), completed in 2019.
