Michael Tebo has a diverse work experience in the food and hospitality industry. Michael started their career as a Catering Manager at Main Event Catering, a division of Elias Brothers, from June 1993 to August 1999. Michael then worked as a General Manager at bd's mongolian barbeque from an unknown start date to 2005. From August 2005 to January 2010, they served as a General Manager at Islands Restaurants. Following this, they joined Sizzler USA where they held various positions including General Manager, Operational Specialist, Regional Manager, Sr. Manager of Operations Processes & Development, Director of Operations and Project Management, and currently, Sr. Director of Operations Processes & Development.

Michael Tebo attended Michigan State University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Business.
