Magnus Ristner

Magnus Ristner is an experienced Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer, currently serving at SJ AB since December 2021. Previously, Magnus held positions as an Enterprise Agile Coach at Avega Group AB, and as an Agile Coach at Sveaskog among other organizations. Significant expertise includes coaching leadership teams, individuals, and teams in Agile methodologies, leading Communities of Practice, and facilitating organizational development. Magnus has also contributed to the digital transformation efforts in government and compliance projects, including GDPR preparation for Datainspektionen. Academic qualifications include a Mini-MBA from Probana Business School and vocational education in Data & Telecom from Nackademin.
