The board of directors at SJ has a history of experience in many different industries. Some examples include working as a prognoseanalytiker, selvstændig konsulent, seniorrådgiver, and senior analyst. Additionally, many members have education in fields such as economics and business. Furthermore, some board members have experience as styrelseledamot in companies such as Inlandsinnovation AB and Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset. Lastly, one member is the ordförande of SJ AB.
