Musfek Ahmed Abir

Musfek Ahmed Abir has a diverse work experience. Musfek started their career in 2014 as a Program Coordinator and Tutor at Merak Education. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a System Administrator at foodpanda, where they performed various tasks such as user access audits, managing tools and platforms, resolving system issues, and providing training. Currently, Musfek is working as a Jr. Software Project Coordinator at SJ Innovation LLC, where they manage the development of small and large-scale projects, facilitates meetings, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures project timelines and deliverables are met.

Musfek Ahmed Abir completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2021. Prior to that, in 2016-2017, they obtained a Foundation degree in Computer Science from the same institution. Before pursuing higher education, they earned a High School Diploma from BCIC College and a Secondary School Certificate from Model Academy High School. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including "Agile Crash Course: Agile Project Management; Agile Delivery" from Udemy, obtained in April 2021, "Getting Started with Okta- Configure, Integrate, and Manage Okta" from Udemy, obtained in February 2021, and "Introduction to Service Management with ITIL 4" from Udemy, obtained in January 2021.
