Cees Sterk

Cees Sterk is a seasoned expert in coaching, intervision, mediation, and strategic partnership, with a focus on chain care and governance. Currently, Cees Sterk serves as a coaching expert and strategic sparring partner after founding Cees Sterk in November 2019. Additionally, Cees Sterk holds several prominent positions, including member of the Supervisory Board at Koraal and chair of the Supervisory Board at ZorgSaam Zorggroep Zeeuws-Vlaanderen and SJG Weert. Previous experience includes serving as COO and member of the Board of Directors at Haaglanden Medisch Centrum, a lengthy tenure on the Board of Directors at Zuyderland, and various leadership roles at Orbis and Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis. Cees Sterk’s educational background includes a Master of Health Administration from TIAS School for Business and Society and a degree from Hogere Technische School Dordrecht.
