Virginia Rimmington has a diverse work experience in HR management spanning over several companies. Virginia started their career in 2008 as an HR Manager at Ramboll UK Limited, where they completed multiple contracts focusing on redundancy programs and acquisitions. Virginia then worked as an HR Manager at RPM Ltd, initially on a one-month contract, which was extended to support the implementation of new policies and procedures.
Virginia went on to hold various HR roles at Louis Vuitton, Enotria Winecellars Ltd, Crew Clothing Co, Morleys Department Stores Limited, and The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited. At Louis Vuitton, they served as an HR Manager and later as an HR Manager responsible for the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia regions. At Morleys Department Stores Limited, they briefly held the position of HR Director. At The All England Lawn Tennis Club, they served as an HR Manager, providing HR support to the Estates, IT, and Finance Departments while also managing HR operations and the General Office function.
More recently, Virginia worked as the General Manager/Head of HR at 111SKIN before starting their current role as an HR Director at SJH Group, where they are responsible for setting up the internal HR function.
Virginia Rimmington obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Literature with Labour Studies from Kingston University. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management at Kingston University the following year. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Henley Business School.
