Jessica Carpluk

Jessica Carpluk is an experienced construction professional with a solid background in project administration and coordination. Currently serving as a Construction Coordinator at SJP Properties since June 2021, Jessica is responsible for managing various aspects of construction projects, including bid processes, contract negotiations, and implementation of construction management software (Procore). Prior experience includes working as a Project Administrator at Diversified Properties, where key responsibilities encompassed preparing construction documents, overseeing change orders, and liaising with project managers and subcontractors. Earlier roles included serving as both a Construction Coordinator and Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant at Diversified Realty Advisors and The Hilton Woodbridge, respectively. Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Finance from Monmouth University.
