Vidmantas Siugzdinis

Vidmantas Siugzdinis is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the fitness and wellness industry. As the CEO and Co-Founder of MELP, an employee engagement platform, Vidmantas has driven strategic operations, finance, marketing, and partnerships since its inception in February 2022. Concurrently, Vidmantas serves as a Board Member for Impuls LTU, overseeing one of the top fitness club chains in the Baltics, and was previously the CEO for both Impuls Fitness Clubs and Lemon Gym, which pioneered low-cost fitness options in the region. Through involvement with Mindletic as an angel investor and consulting on health and fitness management, Vidmantas contributes to employee well-being initiatives. Additionally, Vidmantas has held leadership roles in the Lithuanian Association of Fitness Clubs and Turto Bankas, demonstrating a strong commitment to the growth and development of the fitness sector in the Baltics. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Trade and dual bachelor's degrees in Construction Project Management from the University of Greenwich and VILNIUS TECH.
