Butch Adams

Butch Adams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Butch is currently working as a Senior Business Consultant at SK Global Software, where they specialize in banking and treasury automation. Prior to this, Butch served as a Managing Consultant at Conexus SG from 2012 to 2022, implementing ERP solutions and providing advanced reporting using Microsoft Dynamics and other tools. In 2011, they owned their own consulting firm, Butch Adams Consulting, where they focused on resuscitating IT departments and implementing accounting solutions. Before that, they were the CIO at Breakell Inc., where they managed IT practices and provided technical consulting services. Butch has also served as an IT Manager at Optical Cable Corporation and AmeriComm LLC, and as an Engineer at ACS Systems and Engineering. Butch began their career in the US Navy as an Electronics Technician First Class. Throughout their career, Butch has demonstrated expertise in implementing various software solutions, providing end user training, and designing and building reports.

Butch Adams has an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Information Technology from Virginia Western Community College. Butch has also obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MCTS: SQL Server 2008 Installation and Maintenance in December 2012, MCITP: Installation and Configuration for Microsoft Dynamics SL in February 2012, MCITP: Installation and Configuration for Dynamics GP 10.0 in May 2009, MCTS: SQL 2005 in May 2008, MCSE:Security in June 2005, and MCSE in September 1999.
