Hoon Lee

Hoon Lee is currently employed as the Head of Talent Acquisition, USA at FADU since August 2022, after having served as the Principal Manager - Talent Acquisition at SK hynix since February 2003. With a background in Materials Science and Engineering from Korea University, Hoon Lee has extensive experience in global talent acquisition and technical recruiting, with a focus on handling mid-senior to C-level executive recruitments. Some key responsibilities include sourcing qualified Semiconductor specialists through various channels, managing and improving the recruitment process, and facilitating hiring decisions.
