Seunghoon Hong

Seunghoon Hong has extensive work experience, starting in 2006 at Samsung Electronics. Seunghoon held various roles within the company, including Sr. Engineer, Manager, and Sr. Manager, until 2016. In 2017, Seunghoon Hong joined SK Hynix as the Human Resources Director. Seunghoon later became the Head of Global Sales & Marketing Planning before assuming their current position as the Head of AI Infra Optimization.

Seunghoon Hong received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2006. Prior to that, they attended the California Institute of Technology. Seunghoon completed their undergraduate studies in Physics at Korea University from 1994 to 2000, and also obtained a Master's degree in Materials Science from the same university in 2002.
